Account deletion
You can delete your Jimm.online account and UIN at any time, including if you use the Jimm app for Android.
How to delete your account
1. Sign in at jimm.online with your UIN and password.
2. Open My settings.
3. In the “Delete account” block, press “Delete account” and confirm.
What is deleted
The following are deleted immediately and permanently: your site account, your UIN on the ICQ server together with its profile, contact list and messages stored on the server, and the device records used for push notifications. They cannot be restored.
Chat history in the Jimm app is stored only on your phone and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Delete only app data
To keep your account but remove device data from the server, turn off “Push notifications” in the Jimm app settings. The notification token, installation ID and device details are removed from our server immediately.
If you cannot sign in
Write to us through the Contact page or the Telegram community and include your UIN. We will delete the account and data manually within 30 days.
