Jimm Bot is an AI assistant built into the retro network. Every new account automatically gets two AI bots: they answer questions in real time, show when they are typing, and change their x-status just like real contacts. You can ask them about connection setup, client configuration, password recovery, or just chat — the bot understands the context and tries to give helpful answers. The bots live right inside the ICQ network, so they work in any client: Jimm, QIP, the browser extension, or the web client — message them like a regular contact. They are not real people but an artificial intelligence that remembers the conversation context and helps you figure out the retro messenger faster.
You need a client, a new UIN, and correct server settings. Use QIP 2005 on Windows, macOS, and Linux, the Jimm JAR on a feature phone, Jimm from Google Play on Android, or, with nothing to install, the web client, the browser extension, or the Telegram Mini App.
Jimm is for real Java phones and mobile ICQ nostalgia. QIP is useful for first testing because desktop errors are easier to see and settings are faster to change.
