How do I create a private chat with friends in ICQ?

Use the PrivateChats bot with UIN 11121: group chats for your own circle of three to five people, like Telegram groups but inside ICQ. Add the bot to your contact list and send !create Name, and the bot replies with the chat number. Add friends with !add UIN: only people added by a member can join, and only the creator can remove members. !all lists your chats and the number of new messages, !join number enters a chat, !leave steps out while staying a member, !quit number leaves the chat for good, !mute turns notifications off, !stop stops all messages and prevents others from adding you to chats, and !help lists every command. While you are outside a chat, the bot notifies you about new messages and shows what you missed when you come back. For the client it is a normal conversation with one contact, so it works in QIP, Jimm, the web version, and classic ICQ.
